Helsinki Dance Festival Contemporary Prix

The Contemporary Prix is a competition that focuses on the exciting and innovative world of contemporary dance. This competition will showcase the talents of some of the most promising contemporary dancers from around the country. 

The competition will be divided into several rounds, with the first round being a preliminary competition or video audition. The judges will select dancers to move on to the semifinals, which will be held live in front of an audience during autumn 2024.

The competition will be held on the main stage of Helsinki's Alexander Theatre, where the top dancers will compete for spots in the finale.
